2020 pricing (Plus GST)
$5.00 per commercial meat chicken (Cornish, Ross 308, Cobb etc.) up to 7 lbs dressed. This includes harvesting of feet, necks, hearts and livers.
Overweight chickens are $6.00 up to 9 lbs (Chickens dressing out at/over 9lbs will be charged $1 extra for every pound over 9.)
$12.50 per turkey up to 20 lbs dressed. $1/lbs for every pound over 20 lbs dressed.
$6.00 per spent laying hen or roosters, hybrid ranger type chickens (Mistral Gris, Western Rustics, Jersey Rocks, Kosher Kings etc.), any coloured feathered or heritage breed chicken or any chicken 10 weeks or older.
$2 for disposal of birds not fit for human consumption (condemnation).
Culling of any bird not wanted for consumption, free.
Ice is available at $5 for a large bag.
