  2. Need a Holiday Roast or a Sheepskin?

    December 23, 2012 by Gordon

The farm shop is open Saturday and Sunday Dec. 22 and 23, 9 am to 2:30 pm or while supplies last. This morning I’m making a new batch of merguez sausage. We also have leg and shoulder roasts and loin chops fresh in our display cooler.

Mark has put out a selection of sheepskins for you to choose from for a gift to a loved one (or maybe yourself). Hope to see you this weekend.

  3. Mission Creek Inn Decorated for Holidays Nov 9 & 10

    November 7, 2012 by Gordon

For the past two weeks Tina Knooihuizen of Home at Last Interiors (http://www.homeatlast.name/) and a team of design students from the Centre for Arts and Technology have been at work decorating the farm guest house, Mission Creek Country Inn. Tina remembered the Inn from an overnight stay several years ago and selected it for one of two homes she’s decorating for this weekend’s Hot Holiday Homes tour, a benefit for Ballet Kelowna. Mark’s hand-tanned sheepskins are on display throughout the Inn and one of Sue’s hand-woven rugs is in the teal bedroom of Serenity Stay  B&B, another home on the tour. For tickets and a video clip filmed Monday by Mike Roberts and CHBC,  see  http://www.balletkelowna.ca/special-events/hotholidayhomes/
