    Yes, we still have sausage and sheepskins for sale. Just send an email or phone Sue at 250-861-7005 to arrange a pickup time. You will see the pregnant ewes and Renee the donkey lounging or eating hay on their winter grounds along Spiers Road. Renee would love a carrot or apple!

  2. Open Daily 12-5 PM for Sheepskin and Sausage Sales

    We will be open daily starting November 23 from noon to five. For sheepskins, please go to the guest house left of the driveway and ring the doorbell or phone Mark at 250-860-6108 for an appointment. The sheepskins are $100 each.

    For the sausage, go to the meat shop in the building with cedar siding at the end of the driveway. If no one is there, please ring the doorbell at the house and ask Mark to help you with the sausage. We have a good supply of both Moroccan merguez and milder Armenian sausage. Both are handmade and seasoned with fresh local garlic. Fresh organic wild mint grown on the farm gives a unique flavour to our Armenian sausage. Both kinds are $8 per lb and wrapped in freezer paper in packages of 4 to 6.

  3. Last Chance for Lamb This Year

    We are cutting and wrapping the last batch of this year’s lambs today and tomorrow. Carcass weights range from 40 to 52 lbs and prices for a small half at $125 to a large whole at $300, cut and wrapped. Prices for an uncut carcass are $40 less.¬† If you call or email today, you can have your lamb custom cut to your instructions for no extra charge. All of our lamb is 100% grass-fed, raised on pasture without medication and government-inspected.

    Sheepskins are also available in a variety of shades, sizes and textures.




  4. See you Saturday at the Laurel

    Drop in for a visit Saturday October 19th 10 to 3 to the Grow Local fall fair. We’ll be there with wool and sheepskins and hand-woven fleece rugs.


  5. New Batch of Sausage & Lamb Sat. Sept. 28

    Fresh for fall, we’re preparing a new batch of lamb and sausage for you this week. Drop in Saturday or Sunday 10 to 4 to pick up your Armenian or merguez sausage or your half or whole lamb, custom cut and wrapped. Lambs must be pre-ordered by Wednesday.
